Police will be starting to close off public access to the parade route and surrounding streets around 11 AM. Please follow the directions of the Officers to find the best routes around.
Line-Up begins at 12:00 PM and the parade will step off at 2:00 PM
If you are arriving with cars or a bus and are dropping children/adults off for the line up, please enter at Bordentown Avenue and South Pine. You will make a right onto Gordon Street, drop off your passengers, then follow the road back to Bordentown Avenue to exit.
Bear right to go down Bordentown, make a left onto Broadway and then a right onto John Street. This will be the end of the parade and there will be parking there unless you have be directed to park elsewhere.
CARS AND FLOATS:
If you are a car or a float with a lineup number between 1 and 48, please enter from South Feltus Avenue and turn onto Louisa Street. There will be barricades there and security to let you in. Once you get to South Pine Avenue - there will be someone there to direct you where to go.
If you are a car or a float with a lineup number after 48, it is our recommendation to enter from Route 35 and come up South Pine Avenue so that you are facing in the direction of the parade and we can line you up accordingly.
Please have the “Group Leader” register at the Registration Tent on Ferris Street. Only the Group Leader will be able to register and will receive directions for their group.
It is important that every participant understands that there will be no candy, beads or anything tossed in the road or from any vehicles. This is for spectator safety.
if you have people walking that want to walk to the sidewalk and hand anything out, that is permitted, but no tossing or throwing anything.
Also, no sirens, horns, or loud speakers will be permitted on the parade route. We have spectators on the parade route that are sensitive to loud noises and we ask that you adhere to our request.
Anyone spotted tossing anything from a vehicle or while walking or creates loud noises as noted, will be removed from the parade lineup and will not be able to participate in future parades.
We look forward to a spectacular parade this Sunday with lots of fun for everyone.
